Fred Gautschi

After completing his diploma studies at the ETH and at the University of Zurich, Fred Gautschi began his career as a research assistant at the Federal Department of Economic Affairs in Bern. Two years later, he joined the software industry, SAP, where he was a consultant assisting companies around the world with the introduction of business applications. After setting up the internal consulting department for controlling and financial management, he joined Accenture as a senior manager and management consultant, where he led international projects in various industries. In 1995, Fred Gautschi took over responsibility for setting up and managing the Financial Services business unit at the IMG Information Management Company in St. Gallen - a spin-off of the University of St. Gallen. In 1999, Fred Gautschi, together with other partners, founded the management consulting firm - ibe institute of business excellence - which is active in the fields of business development, process and organizational development, complex project management and HR management. In addition to his role as a management consultant, he led finance and human resources at ibe. After the growth and consolidation phase at ibe, Fred Gautschi sought a new challenge in 2009 as a partner in executive search and HR management. Fred Gautschi speaks German, English and French.

Before joining drf consulting AG, Giovanna Federici worked for over 10 years at Credit Suisse in the international area of payments, investigation and LSV and was responsible for various countries as Product Manager. Since 2004 she supports drf consulting.
